The Wellness Check Package

- This package is specifically for women who have been through The New You Transformation Package. If you feel that you need additional support or a boost of encouragement within 30 days of completing that package, then this is for you. This strictly pertains to specific goals that were worked on in the previous package.

- Prayer and spiritual insight
- Laser-focused techniques to help you move past your obstacles
- Spiritual Prescriptions – tailor-made, Holy Spirit inspired assignments for accountability support
- 4 x 45 – 60 minute sessions face to face via Zoom or Google Meet. These sessions will be held once per/week for four weeks.
- This package is for you if:
- You need a jumpstart to help you get back on track
- You are finding that you need more accountability
- If your confidence is being challenged in your abiliy to complete your goals.
- If you are seeing old mindsets creeping in again
- If you need emotional support during those times when you need someone understanding and uplifting to talk to.
